Best Laptop for 700.

Hi, I am looking for a laptop for college with a price range of 600-700 Im trying to find one with good a good cpu, hopefully 16gb of ram, 512 nvme, and a decent gpu. I will be using this for college so i guess office work, and also programing. I doubt i will be playing much games on it but if you find one that does have a good gpu feel free to recommend it too.
